Our current project is a 2004 Seadoo RXP SC -

 

As we all know, the 2004-2005 Rxp / Rxt head are known to have problems. Unfortunately you never know when a valve is goint to drop. For this ski it happens at low RPMS coming of a wake. The engine was taken apart today and as we expected a valve had dropped. Surgeon Motorsports is doing a complete from ground up rebuild on this ski. With damaged limited to just the head, we are saved some money and the customer is reinvesting that into making it capable of handling anything he throws at it.

 

Before to long this ski will be putting some nice GPS runs down!
