2000 Seadoo Rx Rebuild
Ski seemed to run good from the what the customer said, they just thought the carbs needed going through.Found the carbs to be leaking gas through the accelerator lines, We fixed that and then found the wear ring to be no existent . Checked compression on motor and it was at 85 PSI in both cylinders. Amazing this motor would even run on the trailer much less in the water.
Motor was taken apart and found that both pistons were severely damaged, cant believe we got it to actually run!!!
Full motor rebuild from a cylinder hone, crankshaft and new pistons!!!!

2004 SEADOO RXP SC - From broke to mean machine

As we all know, the 2004-2005 Rxp / Rxt head are known to have problems. Unfortunately you never know when a valve is goint to drop.

2001 SEADOO RX 951 - NEW ENGINE REBUILD

Our current project is a 2001 Seadoo RX Carb-model. Engine took on water at the 2014 Cocoa Beach AquaX Race - During the off-season we realized that the crank and lower portion of the motor was locked up. The ski was put on the back burner throughout the off season. We just now jumped back on board and turned this beauty around. First fire up was 3 days after initial tear down and now the ski has around 30 min on it LOL. She wants to go full bore but we have not let her just yet. 1998 Seadoo Sportster 1800 w/ twin 717

We saved this boat from the scrap yard about a month ago. This boat has been sitting out in the elements for the last couple of years and needs a complete overhaul. This project will give The Surgeon a run for his money and will show the competition just how good we our at our job. Both engines will be taken out and rebuilt from the crank up, the engine bay will be gutted, gas tank will be taken out and cleaned. All new gas and oil lines will be added along with doing a oil block off on the twin 717. Then we will turn our attention the the cosmetic issues. The boat will get a polishing to bring out the great gel coat. We will redo the wiring throughout the boat along with adding in an aftermarket sounds system, new Bimini top and last but not least some hydro turf mats through out the boat to give it a high class appeal.
RXT VTS upgrade

Our current project is a 2005 RXT VTS Mod - Were taking the VTS system out of a RXP, switching out the wiring harness, Controls and Programming the consule to give you the variable control system thats on the RXP models
